Sonny’s vs. GHL Car Wash Snapshot
Sonny’s is the industry-leading tunnel equipment + control system, and most express tunnels in the U.S. run on it. SiteWatch is the reporting layer. Neither is a CRM, and neither replaces the marketing + retention + fleet workflow that the GHL Car Wash Snapshot ships.
What Sonny’s does well
- Tunnel hardware (conveyor, blowers, chemical injection)
- SiteWatch reporting (lane throughput, chemical consumption, member counts)
- License-plate recognition for tunnel-gate access
- Basic membership program management
- Multi-site equipment health dashboards

How they run together
The snapshot integrates with SiteWatch via webhook. Tunnel scans and wash counts flow from SiteWatch into the snapshot’s member ledger; member status and gate-open authorization flow back. The two systems are complementary — one operates the tunnel, the other operates the customer relationship.
Pricing
Sonny’s is capital equipment + ongoing service. The snapshot is $997 one-time with only your GoHighLevel subscription as ongoing cost. The decision isn’t “which one” — it’s “use both, run the tunnel on Sonny’s, run the customer side on the snapshot.”
