24-hour launch playbook
Most snapshot products require weeks of self-service configuration. This one doesn’t. Here’s exactly what happens between the moment you checkout and the moment your first member signup hits your CRM.
Hour 0 · Checkout
You complete a $997 one-time payment via Stripe or PayPal. You’re immediately redirected to an onboarding form that asks for:
- Your wash format (express, full-service, mobile, ceramic specialty)
- Your processor (Stripe, Square, Clover, wash-industry)
- Your tunnel controller if applicable (Sonny’s, DRB, ICS, Hydra)
- Your current member count and average MRR
- Your top three operational pain points
This form takes about 5 minutes. Filling it accurately speeds up the install by hours.
Hours 1-8 · Snapshot import
Our team imports the full snapshot into your GoHighLevel sub-account. This includes:
- All 50+ workflows
- All 13 pipelines and 90+ tags
- All custom fields including plate registry
- All email + SMS templates
- All landing pages and forms
- A2P 10DLC submission (free for U.S. operators)
Hours 8-16 · Customization kickoff
You get scheduled for a 30-minute kickoff call. We walk through:
- Your tier ladder ($19.99 / $29.99 / $39.99 default, adjustable to your market)
- Your brand colors, logo, and tone
- Your kiosk QR signage design
- Your staff signup scripts
- Your weather-trigger rules for your local market
Hours 16-20 · Integrations wired
During this window we:
- Connect your merchant processor’s API for the dunning sequence
- Wire your tunnel controller webhook (for LPR / wash count sync)
- Connect your local weather feed (free default or paid API)
- Set up domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- Verify A2P 10DLC submission
Hour 20-24 · Production test + handoff
We run a full production test:
- Test member signup at the kiosk QR
- Test dunning sequence with a failed-card simulation
- Test weather trigger with a forced run
- Test review automation with a sample 4-star and a sample 2-star
- Test fleet inquiry form
You get a Loom walkthrough showing everything working, plus credentials and dashboard access. You’re live.
Days 2-15 · 30 hours of dedicated support
After go-live you get 30 hours of dedicated human support to use within 15 days. Most operators spend them on:
- Custom workflow tweaks (specific to your wash’s quirks)
- Additional landing pages for specific promo campaigns
- Extra staff training sessions
- Tuning the weather rules after seeing the first week of results
After that 15-day window, our GHL VA plans at $1,250/month take over if you want ongoing operations management — otherwise the snapshot runs itself.
